FOR ALL OFFSHORE, OVERSEAS & DELIVERIES TO THE SCOTTISH HIGHLANDS A STANDARD CHARGE WILL BE APPLIED AND AN ADDITIONAL AMOUNT WILL BE CALCULATED AFTER ORDER

NOTE:
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the furniture they purchase can pass through the doorways and hallways . In the event of the restricted access the delivery staff will leave the goods at the nearest convenient point for the customer. It will not be responsibility of C&F Warehouse to deliver, unpack or assemble furniture in locations that have no reasonable access for the items being delivered.

This policy covers how we use your personal information. We take your privacy SERIOUSLY and will take all measures to protect your personal information. 

What Information Do We Collect?
We only collect information that we need that is related to your order. This includes your:
Billing Address
Shipping Address
Email Address 
Credit Card Information

In addition we also collect information on your IP address, browser type, and Refer URL data. We use this data to prevent hacking attempts, help us know what web browsers people are using, and find out where our visitors are coming from so that we can improve our marketing. 

How Is My Information Used?
Your information is only used to fill your order. We do not sell or redistribute your information to ANYONE.

Security and Storage
Only your order data billing, shipping, and order contents data is stored on our server. This information is encrypted using a Secure Sockets Layer before it is transmitted over a web server. We do not store your Credit Card data. 

Cookies and Browser Information
Cookies are small files that reside on your computer and allow us to recognize you on your next visit or store your shopping cart contents. We use them only to track this information. 

 

 
Returns & Replacements

We want you to be delighted and completely satisfied with your purchase. So, please do tell us immediately if there is a problem and we will do our best to rectify it. Once you receive your order you have 7 calendar days to contact us if you decide you wish to return some or all of it.

Should you wish to cancel your order and return an item you must inform us of your request in writing within 7 days, you can then return it to us in its new condition, packed robustly for transport so it arrives with us in its original Brand New condition.

Please note that all items must be returned in their original packaging or similar. Items that are not adequately packaged may be damaged during transit and you will be liable to cover the cost of damage. We strongly recommend you insure your items against damage during transport back to us.

Refunds will be issued within 30 days of receipt of goods and after we have inspected them for damage. We reserve the right to withhold all or part of your refund if items are returned damaged.

Please note, there is a 30% cancellation/returns fee for recovery of goods from customers and restocking.

For reasons of hygiene Mattresses, Mattress Toppers and Pillows can only be returned if they are unopened. Mattresses, Mattress Toppers and Pillows that have been opened and slept on cannot be returned. If you wish to test a mattress, mattress topper or pillow please keep it wrapped until you are sure you want to keep it. NOTE: Used items cannot be returned as unwanted.

Delivery discrepancies:
Any discrepancies must be reported as soon as is reasonable after delivery, preferably within 24hrs. On arrival, if packaging appears damaged it is recommended that this is marked on the delivery note before you sign.

Missing items:
On delivery, Should an item be missed or appear not delivered then we request that you notify us as soon as possible, preferably within 24hrs of initial receipt of delivery.
On assembly, Should a part appear missing from an item please report the item that is missing the part along with a description of part you believe to be missing. On both the above instances replacement goods will be dispatched asap. 

Faulty goods:
Damages must be reported as soon as is reasonable after the delivery, preferably within 24hrs of receipt of goods.

 

Ordering

You should bear in mind that buying goods over the internet provides a different shopping experience from buying in-store. In particular you should be aware that:

  • The colours of goods as shown on the website will depend on many factors – including your display settings.

  • The sizes and shapes of the goods may differ in real life from how they appear on your screen. We provide dimensions and measurements in the descriptions of the goods and it is your responsibility to check that the actual size of each item is suitable for your purpose.

  • Pictures and images on the website are for illustration purposes only. For an accurate description of any item and details of what is included with the item, you need to read the corresponding written description.

  • All goods are subject to availability and we may not be able to supply your order. We reserve the right to withdraw any goods from sale at any time, and our only liability to you for withdrawing any goods will be to refund to you any money paid to us in respect of those goods which we are no longer able to supply.
